Our approach

Every facility and every business is unique. We don’t offer proposals sight-unseen, or based only on square footage.   Kleenco’s approach is to thoroughly evaluate each property and to discuss your needs, expectations, and concerns before we submit a proposal that is custom-tailored to suit your unique needs.


Each of our employees has received OSHA and blood-borne pathogen training, and all new hires are trained prior to being sent to a customer site.   We follow a train-the-trainer approach to ensure that our area and site managers receive updated training in the proper use of chemicals and equipment, and the best-in-class advancements in cleaning and sanitizing techniques.  Our managers then pass along that training to the janitorial staff in the form of on-the-job training, providing the necessary context of each customer’s specific facility requirements.


Proper training means nothing without accountability.  Each of our managers is responsible for ensuring that each janitor under their supervision is following their training.  They are empowered to reward janitors on the spot for exceeding expectations, and may take immediate action to remedy a problem.  Our executive team, in turn, holds the management team accountable through spot checks and inspections.

Say goodbye to the mop bucket.  A janitor’s job is to clean and sanitize; not to spread dirty water.  We are phasing out mop buckets in favor of microfiber mops.  Not only are they more effective at cleaning and disinfecting floors, but they are eco-friendly, minimizing the amount of waste water.
